KpopCompass is written and maintained by a small team, and reader feedback genuinely makes the guides better. Here's how to reach us and what to expect.
The fastest way to contact us is by email:
We read every message. Because this is a small project, replies can take a few days, and we may not be able to answer every individual question personally — but corrections and well-described suggestions are always reviewed.
What we'd love to hear about
- Corrections. If a guide is unclear, out of date, or you believe something is inaccurate, tell us what and where, and we'll review it.
- Topic requests. Stuck on a K-pop concept we haven't covered? Suggest it — reader questions often become our next articles.
- Accessibility or technical issues. If something on the site doesn't work or is hard to read, let us know your device and browser.
Please note
- We are an independent fan guide and cannot pass messages to any artist, group, agency or company, and we have no connection to fan-meeting, ticketing or fan-club services.
- We don't buy, sell or trade photocards, albums, tickets or merchandise, and we can't mediate disputes between fans.
- For how we handle any information you send us, see our Privacy Policy.
Quick answers
Many common questions are already answered on our FAQ page, and brand-new fans may want to start with the beginner's roadmap. If you still can't find what you need, email us — that's what we're here for.
